HTA shall perform the survey, design, right-of-way, archeological and environmental services, road
improvement or road construction for the Bureau of Indian Affairs Roads Construction Projects as identified
in the TTIP.
Note: The TTIP identifies the work to be performed, the estimated dollar amount, and who (Contractor or
Government) is responsible for performing the work.
